You are in control of your account. You can request deletion in the app or by email, including when you no longer have access to the app.
Delete in the app
- Open Loadcell and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to Settings → Account and backup → Delete account.
- Read the confirmation carefully and confirm the deletion request.
Save anything you need before confirming. Account deletion is not the same as signing out or uninstalling Loadcell.
Deleting your account also deletes its cloud backup snapshots. Optional encrypted photo backups are deleted with the account.
What is deleted and when
Deletion removes your account and its cloud-backed training data, including opted-in encrypted photo backups. If you also joined the website beta list, tell us if you want that separate subscription removed, or use its unsubscribe link.
We have not published a fixed completion deadline for deletion. If you need confirmation of completion, or have a question about a pending request, email support. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on an email request. If any records must be retained for a legal obligation, we will explain the applicable limitation.
What stays on the device
Cloud account deletion should not be treated as a way to erase every copy of your data. Check the app’s local data and your phone’s app-storage controls if you also want to remove device-held records. Save any records you need first.
Data already written to Apple Health or Health Connect, photos in your camera roll and files you exported are managed separately. Delete those copies using the relevant service or device controls. If you used Loadcell without an account, there is no cloud account to delete; manage your on-device data instead.
Email fallback
Email support@varviktechnologies.com from the email associated with your Loadcell sign-in, if possible. Say that you want to delete your Loadcell account. If you use Apple’s Hide My Email, include the relay address shown for Loadcell so we can identify the correct account.
Do not send your password, authentication codes, health records or progress photos. We will help verify ownership and explain the next steps.
