These terms describe your use of the Loadcell beta from Varvik Technologies. Read them with our privacy policy. Contact support@varviktechnologies.com if you have questions.

Beta terms

Loadcell is in beta. Features may change, be unavailable or behave unexpectedly. Keep separate copies of important data. Testing access does not guarantee a public release date, future pricing or continuous availability.

Apple and Google may apply their own testing and platform terms. No purchase or paid subscription terms are established by this beta outline.

No warranty for beta software

Pre-release software is provided for evaluation and may contain defects, lose data or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise that the beta will be error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Loadcell is a training log, not medical advice or a medical device. Use appropriate supervision and equipment safety procedures. Stop exercising if you experience pain or feel unwell, and seek qualified professional guidance when needed.

Machine features not available

Integration with a Bluetooth smart cable machine is Coming soon, after hardware validation. Do not rely on the app to control equipment during the beta. The machine is optional: manual workout logging does not require one. See the machine integration status.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Only import content and data you are entitled to use. Do not attempt to access another person’s account, bypass safeguards, abuse the invitation service or interfere with the app’s infrastructure. Do not use test features as safety-critical equipment controls.

If you find a security or privacy issue, report it privately to support without sharing another person’s information.

Governing law

Applicable legal rights depend on your location and the service offered to you. This beta outline does not select an exclusive court or waive mandatory consumer protections. Contact us with a legal question before relying on these testing terms.

Contact and changes

We may revise these terms as testing develops. The date above identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated where required. For questions or to end your participation, email support. You can delete your account and unsubscribe from beta emails at any time.
